To whom it may concern - I just wanted to take a second out of my day and say thank you very much for a wonderful experience with your company. This is my second battery and equipment I have gotten from you and I’m very much looking forward to using it. The first one I've been using has been absolutely bullet proof. In fact, there is nothing wrong with the first one, maybe it doesn’t hold a charge as long as it did in the beginning, but that seriously could all be in my head. The reason I have upgraded is because I don’t ever like to get to the point where nothing works and I’m stranded and now I’m scrambling to try and improvise. Not for me. So, I always find it wise to be a little proactive, it helps in the long run. The main point of why I’m writing this review is to hopefully get the attention of Michael Selin’s superiors. I have no idea how your business is structured, but I spent many, many, years in the corporate world so I might have a pretty good idea. We live in a very thankless world at present and I certainly hope someone will recognize this review and go tell Micheal Selin that he’s doing a great job! In fact, go get him a gift card and buy him dinner, he deserves it. I’m very finicky and particular and he answered all my questions with profound accuracy. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he told me so and proceeded to find the answer, which I thought was great because he stuck to it and didn’t quit. You really should be proud of him. Anyway, I just wanted to put that out there and hopefully someone will give him a good pat on the back. Sincerely, A very satisfied customer -
