After getting lots of good use at home out of my 1500x over the past 5+ years in Oregon, during severe weather and power outages or going camping for a weekend or longer, I helped my very active and safety-focused Mom to buy her own 1500x last September for her home in Oregon. We got it ready to provide power for my Mom and Dad if their electricity goes out during the next big storm on the west coast of Florida. When I went home to visit for Mother's Day, we noticed that the power bank was having difficulty holding a charge. I contacted Goal Zero when I got back to OR, and Andrew helped me out to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue for my Mom remotely, which was such a kind thing to do. Once we tried an initial simple strategy to remedy the problem, it worked out just as Andrew had predicted, and we got everything up and running smoothly again which my Mom and I were so grateful for. Keep up the good work, and thanks again!

Great customer service answered right away. Didn’t have to wait or get a call back was able to reset my 6000 lithium max quickly and now I’m up and running through the cloud. I also have a solar with 4 12V batteries hooked to it. Using a 20 amp interface I bought a lot of products over the year gold Zero is great. Excellent customer service.

Michael has done a great job of helping me! I do not have much knowledge about all of the electronics, voltage chargers, etc with my Goal Zero. Michael was patient, explained things well and gave me hope that my Goal Zero would be updated with the latest software. It took weeks of appointments, phone calls, voltage regulates mailed to me and last week every thing is working and up to date. Yes, miracles do happen. Yay Michael!! Catherine Nelson

In a world where true customer service is so lacking, I cannot say enough about the outstanding service Steban has provided on behalf of Goal Zero. I felt he was patiently and kindly holding my hand through each step of the repair process. I never felt alone. He went above and beyond not to make me feel stupid when I would repeatedly ask stupid questions. Other companies could certainly learn a lot from my experience with Steban and Goal Zero. I recently bought what to me was a lot of Goal Zero products, none of which I knew how to operate or support. I corresponded with Michael at length, asking many questions I'm sure most people would have considered 'ignorant,' to put it generously. He always answered them completely, in everyday language I could easily understand, and with perfect patience, compassion, and grace. He easily ranks in my book as the best customer service representative I have ever encountered. Many many kudos to Goal Zero for enabling and supporting such superb customer service, and him. I will be a fan for life.
