Derek is a very intelligent person clearly with a lot of expertise of the real estate industry. His course is incredible for complete beginners on how to go about real estate arbitrage. I found it very helpful. And Derek has a lot hands-on support available for any of his students who need it.

I have been following Derek on Instagram for a year now and seeing his Journey has inspired me to start my own Airbnb business.
