It took a little while to get delivered but the glasses are really well made and stylish. During long gaming sessions my eyes would usually start to get dry but with these glasses it took care of that.

Being that I am a college student, I often get headaches from sitting in front of my PC for so long. With these glasses, I noticed I was able to concentrate better, was less drowsy, and noticed no headaches just after a day of use! Moreover, these glasses are very stylish and I have gotten compliments already on them (GMG Optimizer Gold). I would like to point out that glasses are also of excellent build quality. I was kind of skeptical at first but the glasses have a solid structure with multiple screws that I’m sure keep the glasses going tough even after a year or two of use. Overall, I give my experience with GMG a 4/5 only because the item came in a small unlabeled box that was half ripped through and had no tracking address. But this could have been due to poor handling during shipment on its way to my address (2 weeks to arrive). Customer support usually responds in 24 hours and gave me a tracking number shortly after I contacted them about it.

November 2020 order only delivered on February 2021. Found out the issue only after I followed-up.

The glasses are awesome, there were a few hiccups with the shipping but they helped the whole time until I got my glasses

I ordered the GMG glasses at the end of November and didn't receive them until yesterday. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't arrive at Christmas, but I forgot that the world is in a difficult situation. I reached out to customer service about my dissatisfaction and they replied to me with a humble attitude that made me realize that it wasn't the end of the world. COVID has made it harder for some businesses to function as well as they did before. I understand this now and I'm grateful that I received the glasses in the end. The wait was long, customer service was great, brother is happy with his new glasses - a good test of patience.

Bonjour, j’ai effectué une commande en début de mois que je n’ai toujours pas reçu. J’ai vite été contacté par la société pour bénéficier d’un très bon geste commercial à savoir le remboursement total de ma commande et je vais tout de même recevoir ma commande qui devrait arriver dans quelque jours. Visiblement un soucis avec le transporteur qui va être remplacé par la société. Au final très content du service client qui est très réactif et qui m’a répondu très rapidement. Je tiens à le souligner car ce n’est pas partout que le service client est aussi bon. Je recommande GMG

They took care of me eventually. It was black friday when I ordered, and nothing was going right in my life. It took two weeks but they actually did do right by me in the end.

Customer service answered me within hours and took care of my problem
