I got a small crack on the frame of the glasses. After contacting the support and explaining my problem, i promptly received an answer and new glasses shortly after. Really nice support and quick in response. The glasses feel nice to wear and got theyre own case to rest if not in use.

Je recommande de prendre la garantie à vie pour les lunettes car comme j'ai dis certains modèles de lunettes sont fragiles. J'ai commandé des Oculus en particulier. Excellent product, a little fragile. Good customer support, they are comprehensive and that's really appreciated ! I recommend to take the lifetime garantee for the glasses. As I said they can be fragile. I ordered a pair of Oculus glasses.

I recieved my glasses today, i waited a few weeks for them to arrive, but that was due to an issue on my end. The customer service help on correcting the issue was absolutely wonderful. I always got a response within the next working day, and at one point it was back and forth conversation to fix the problem within minutes. Definitely recommend due to the great customer service. Plus the glass great, and work wonderfully.

I ordered a pair of GMG Optimizer glasses back in October. I really love it and I do feel like its working since I need less break in between computer sessions. Unfortunatelly the frame on one side started breaking recently. I contacted the support and they almost immediately responded and offered me a new pair. I highly reccomend GMG Performance for anyone who is thinking about buying such glasses for themselves. Im satisfied with both the product and the friendly support.

I really liked the product and the fast replies to my e-mails. I must admit I was a bit worried when I noticed the delay to delivery but I understand, given the current situation.. in the world. But the support was quick to calm me down and assist me.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experience. Although I experienced long delivery time, this wasn’t a big deal for me as long as I get an answer from customer service letting me know when my product will arrive. They provided me with a tracking number, letting me know when it’ll deliver, and answered all my questions. The first time around, I actually didn’t receive my package due to some issue with the delivery but customer service handled it by sending me another.
