My eyes were incredibly sore from online school and gaming nonstop but the glasses help my eyes out a bit

I purchased a pair of Optimizer Matte Black a couple of months back and did not purchase the Lifetime Guarantee (that I was aware of at the time) and wore them daily, for work and gaming. They unfortunately broke on me so I reached out to Customer Service about the Guarantee as I thought it was something that automatically came with every purchase. I was later told that unfortunately I did not purchase the Guarantee but Victoria did in fact replace my pair as good faith regardless. She didn’t have to but given her position and the fact that she did, should be a reflection of what GMG’s stance is on customer service and retention! Customer service at this caliber in this age is extremely rare and I would highly recommend, 10/10! If I need another pair for whatever reason I’m definitely buying another through GMG and I’ll be sure to get the Lifetime Guarantee because you never know what could happen.

Great product and customer service. I ordered the glasses from S. Korea, and it was safely delivered to me. About my question for the shipping status, GMG provided me with a good answer in a timely (and kind) manner. Luv it.

Everything was good, the estimated shipping time was correct, the glasses were delivered on time

The arm of my glasses broke. Within a few days of correspondence, GMG had a new set on the way way. Full marks.

I have been using these glasses now for a while and i must say their amazing. They look really good, and the helped me alot. I used to get alot of headache, but after i got these glasses i had way less. 100% worth to buy these glasses

Best glasses I've ever owned. I love how they don't have a yellow tint, and I can where them everywhere without feeling weird.
