Months I reaches out to GMG performance to request a replacement pair of glasses. After sending the company a couple of photos of my broken glasses, GMG performance said that I did not have a warrant with them, but if I give them a good review on trust pilot, they will send me a free pair in the mail. Now a month after my previous 5 star review for them, no glasses have been sent and customer service will not respond to emails

Return costs are not covered by the online retailer. They expect you to pay for return shipping. For $75 glasses with no other way to try them on before purchase, this is a trashy look.

After they got my money they went completely silent don't bother about my order anymore, it has been a week now and they even didn't ship it yet and no track number! this is ridiculous, don't buy from them! Upd: They are completely ignoring me now, no information about my order no tracking number provide. Trash company, don't want to refund me

The glasses are amazing, also they arrive pretty fast. They also look nice and have many styles to pick from. The reason I leave a one star review is because they don’t have different sizes.

Hello Anthony, Thank you for your review! We are always glad to hear good news from our customers. Our glasses only have one size (adult size). This is the standard size used by opticians that fits most of the different head shapes. If the glasses are slightly too big or too small, it is always possible to tighten or loosen the frames. DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought a on the 29 and 31 of august and I still have not received any glasses nor tracking number!!!!! THEY SAY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAST REPLY BUT ITS A LIE!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS I SEND THEM. I’m now assuming I got scammed and won’t be able to get back my money.

Terrible scam. The glasses are bad quality, I sent an email 2 weeks ago asking for a refund (I was within the 30 days which is listed in their refund policy) and there is 0 response, they are ignoring my E-Mail. Do not buy from them. Fortunately I only bought a single pair.
