HONESTY IS KEY....The reason I actually watched the long winded testimonial laced video is because Dr. Li said HE'LL SHOW US HOW TO MAKE THIS DRINK in the morning with ingredients we can all use. That WAS A BLATANT LIE. There is NO recipe to make any drink !!....they are selling DROPS, not pills but drops...I am really disappointed in Dr. Li because we watch him and subscribe to his channel on Youtube thinking he's legitimate. He's a bold faced liar . Just selling drops when he could have said that in the very beginning of his video but he didn't. The video is a waste of time because it starts out lying to you.

I purchased Glyco Reset from the commercial I saw on Facebook. The reason why I purchased it, The host had my attention; said everything, that's needed to sell this product. My husband was diagnosed with diabetes, due to weight. So, I thought, this product will work for him. I placed the order. Ordered 6 bottles $49 each. $322.67 total. I was content, but, I received a text from my back, because my card was charged an additional $400 plus dollars.. So, I called them back, at my Bank's suggestions, to inquire why to the 2nd charge. The person on the call, was not able to tell my why, so, I canceled my order. I received immediate credit. The reason, I gave them for the cancelation of the order. I did not have trust in them. However, I was totally sad, because, I thought, i can get a product, and get rid of this awful disease. Lastly, I received the package Glycoreset as ordered. Now I have to call them to return this product. I have read the other comments or reviews from other customers. The product do not work and they were disappointed as well.

I looked at the reviews after I ordered and was appalled at the misleading info presented. Yes, there is a 60 day return window. I sent 4 emails to different email addresses that I received from them. I sent SMS messages to 2 different phone numbers. I called and was told to call back because his computer wasn't working. Called again and after a 12 minute call and repeated offers to keep the contents with a discount (final offer was 75% off) I received the verbal instruction on where to return the items and then was instructed to call them back with the tracking number (shipping to UT but service center phone # is CA). A frustrating experience all around

The packaging did not jive with the Facebook ad. (Shame on me for buying anything on Facebook. They don’t live up to their billing.) You cannot get a real person on the phone at their customer service number. You just get dropped. The ingredients and dosing instructions on the ad are NOT what is labeled on the bottles. I got my money back after I paid $18 to mail it all back. The return process is very confusing. Do NOT buy this stuff. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

I am 80 years old. I’ve been diabetic since I was 62. I hate that I didn’t research this more. I hate that there are people out there that don’t care that they scammed someone on social security out of their money. Well, I guess if the president doesn’t ………

Thank God for Trust Pilot! I was just about to order GlycoReset after the advertisement popped up online and after watching "Dr. William Li's" long, waste-of-time, video. I was supposedly going to get a "discounted value" if I purchased the 6-pack, at $49.00 per bottle. I decided to check their website here at Trust Pilot, and a 1-star review stated that you can get the product for basically $10 per bottle at Walmart. I checked the Walmart website and sure enough, there it was being sold for that amount. Don't fall for this internet scam
