If I could give them NO stars I would. Globehunters did not buy the ticket when they said they would. The price was $323. The next day, they called my daughter (even though I told them to call me) and said the price was now $805. No explanation as to why they didn't buy the ticket on the day I asked them to buy it. One lady, Olivia, said she was busy. Don't ever use them. They only help give you a headache.

I placed order for tickets to Costa Rica and at the end of the booking web page said there was a problem and the charge did not go through; and that I should contact them which I did. My bank did not allow the charge which i got approved. Over the next 24 hours I called globehunters and each person there confirmed my tickets were booked; the credit card charge went through and confirmed they would e-mail my airline confirmation number/ itinerary in the next 10 minutes. After three phone call I never received an e-mail. I received a telephone call out from them asking why I booked that flight and this was a very busy flight due to holidays (Nov 5th?) although not sure which holiday they referred to. The person then asked to look up other flights for me because the one I wanted was now all booked in economy and was not available. I declined to change flights or date and moved on. I found the same flight for $50 per ticket more directly booked with airlines. Globe hunters did not book the flight because they want the phone call and then push for an upsell. Most companies prefer not to have a person on the phone but seems this company insists that all contact is by phone and they have plenty of operators. While they probably do issue tickets they are mis-representing pricing and they lie when you call them.

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a remarkable adventure with Globehunters, and I must say, they have truly set a new standard for travel excellence. every aspect of my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Booking flights abroad on kind of short notice can be a major stress point especially when ticket prices change rapidly and you have to deal with lengthy payment confirmation issues (my bank did not trust a random Korean flight from a international travel bookings website) however Naulak Gino was responsive, patient, and helpful in keeping things moving along and it made things easier.

Naulak G Was very helpful, he was patient and persistent and stayed with me throughout the the entire process! Thank you Naulak Blessings Terrance Lenley

Product was awful as I ordered a booking and never received confirmation. I had to call to find out that the flight was never booked 3 days before flight. Nobody reached out nor sent an email notification mentioning this. I called customer service where I spoke to Gino Naulak. He is probably the only good thing that this company has to offer as he was very patient with hearing my complaints and tried his best to escalate and resolve this issue. He was very quick with escalations and getting back to me on the issues, he also gave very professional service that I have not had in other customer service members in different companies.

Great customer service. I booked a flight that ended up being much more expensive on the live market. By the end of our conversation, they were willing to eat the difference and give me the tickets at the initial price. Unfortunately, by then I already purchased the tickets elsewhere. However, just considering how much they value their customers, I'm completely impressed. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

What truly sets Naulak apart is his genuine desire to assist customers. It was evident from his enthusiastic and empathetic approach that he genuinely cared about resolving my issues and ensuring I had a positive experience. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and tailored his responses to meet my specific needs. Naulak went above and beyond, offering helpful tips and additional resources to further support me, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Overall, my interaction with Naulak Gino was nothing short of exceptional. His timeliness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to helping customers make him an outstanding asset to your customer service team. I left the conversation feeling more than satisfied, knowing that your company truly cares about its customers and strives to provide the best service possible. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Naulak for his outstanding assistance, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling customer service experience. With employees like Naulak, your company is sure to build lasting customer relationships and set an example for excellence in the industry. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
