I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and support provided by Global Rescue. During my trek in Manang, I was admitted due to a medical condition, and despite being in a very remote area, their team responded with exceptional care and professionalism. What truly touched me was how proactive they were — they reached out to my sister, Thang Yin Mee, and coordinated with the local hospital to closely monitor my condition. They efficiently arranged a helicopter evacuation to bring me safely back to Kathmandu for proper medical treatment, which gave both me and my family great peace of mind during a stressful time. Even after the evacuation, their team continued to check on me daily. This level of genuine care, consistent follow-up, and personal attention made me feel incredibly supported, warm, and reassured throughout the entire experience. Global Rescue went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone traveling, especially in remote areas. They truly provide not just assistance, but real care when you need it the most.

For starters, they probably saved my like by airlifting me to the hospital in Bangkok as quickly as they did. Next, long after their obligation ended by delivering me to Bangkok Hospital, they continued to check in on me and be so supportive. Just to know that they were there was incredibly reassuring. I could go on and on. Customer service, all the personnel, A++++++++++++++++

I broke my leg in Ireland while on a vacation. I purchased a Global Rescue plan along with another travel insurance company before beginning my 3 month adventure. Despite the unfournate injury I suffered, Global Rescue made my worries go away. They helped take care of flights home, and provided the best customer service. Their response time was ALWAYS 1-5 minutes, with real english speaking customer service agents. I had a direct line through their WhatsApp number, which was excellent. I was in a very fragile state with a broken femur, but Global Rescue comforted me every step of the way checking in with me multiple times a day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Customer service is always great. Luckly, I have yet to use the emergency services. That said I have full confidence in the product when I travel abroad.

My wife had been ill for a whole on a recent overland trip in Myanmar. We contacted Global rescue at 02:00am, not expecting much as it wasn’t life or death, just wanted advice to prevent a situation becoming serious as we got more remote. Much to our appreciation they responded right away and had a doctor decide what antibiotics we needed which we obtained from the local hospital. They then proceeded to check in with us everyday to make sure they were working ok. Used Global for years on and off but this was the first time I actually called for help.
