Joyce was amazing in guiding my process

The staff were unbelievably helpful and had my renewal done in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking fora medical evacuation policy.

Global rescue so far has been prompt and friendly. Thankfully I haven't had to utilize their services.I travel internationally for work and I am often in remote areas. It is such a peace of mind knowing that if something does happen they have a team that will come and get me.

Global Rescue is a company I can truly trust. I had edema. They proved it to me during this expedition to K2 in Pakistan. I will definitely continue using their services. They are 100% reliable.

It was easy to get renewed.

It actually was the very helpful lady (I think her name was Emily ) she was so polite and helpful which is a very rare thing these days. I would book just because of her being so helpful.

My husband and I both feel reassured when I do international travel since I continue to have Global Member Rescue.

My experience is limited to the reminder to and the actual renewal process. The reminder was through the phone; it was gentle and the process was easy
