Hello, My one and only purchase was a little disappointing. The listing specified 3 items for sale. What arrived was 2 of the items. The seller replied that the item not sent was complimentary and as such, will not be posting it. Needless to say their listing didn't mention anything about complimentary items. It certainly wasn't complimentary for me.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your experience — we’re truly sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. At Bunjang Global, we aim to provide a fair and trustworthy marketplace experience for both buyers and sellers. That said, we understand that our cancellation process can sometimes feel unbalanced, especially when handled differently depending on the party. While sellers may occasionally cancel orders due to stock issues or shipping concerns, we agree that clear and consistent communication is essential. We're constantly working to improve transparency and balance in our policies so that all users feel respected and supported. Thank you again for helping us improve. Warm regards, Bunjang Global Team
