I paid Global Book Publishers to publish my book. It needed minor editing and simple formatting. They talked me into doing all three of my books for a discounted price, so I did. The editing they did was highly subpar. They would send me back their edited copy with dozens of errors they would literally add to my manuscripts. I would send my edits back to them multiple times and they never got it right. They put two of my books "Live on Amazon" with dozens of mistakes. I asked them to take my book down and fix them, and weeks later, they still haven't. I am still battling this nightmare every day. I just want my money back and for them to end our agreement.
