I am writing this review after losing an entire day's worth of development work because Glide completely lacks a basic, automated version history or rollback feature. The system continuously auto-saves directly in the builder, meaning if a layout component breaks or is accidentally deleted, you cannot revert to an earlier timestamp from that day. Your work is simply gone forever. For a modern, premium app builder, the complete absence of a native undo/snapshot history is an absolute joke and a massive liability for any business.To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent. There is no live chat option to reach a real human being when a critical issue occurs—you are just forced to cycle through useless AI chatbots that give generic answers. If you value your time and cannot risk losing hours of work with zero recourse or support, stay far away from this platform. Update.. I emailed them over a day a go and no reply.. Hardly shocking though i suppose..

J'ai commencé un projet perso avec le plan "Free" après avoir passé du temps au moment de publier - bing on passe à la caisse alors que à priori avant c'était gratuit pour 1 personne avec des limitation certes mais gratuit... Bref là dès que vous poussez un peu, faut sortir la CB. Pour juste un petit projet c'est dommage. En plus c'est très chère. Du coup on passe sur une autre solution et merci pour le temps perdu.

Over a month after closing my account, I was invoiced and billed for a subscription I closed and have no access to. How can you offer me future credit for a subscription that is closed and not being used for over 30 days.

I spent days building a creative project using Glide's 'Free' plan, only to find out at the very last second that you cannot actually publish or share your work without a high monthly subscription. They let you do all the work, then hold it hostage. This is not 'Free to Start,' it's a bait-and-switch for hobbyists. Avoid if you aren't ready to pay $200+ a year just to show people a simple gallery.

The interface is unclear, and the customer service is lacking if you're not a professional user. For hobbyists or small clubs: don't bother; they'll lock your work behind a paywall.

I TRIED TO BUILD AND COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE FIRST PAGE EVEN WITH THE HELP OF ai. IT THEN WANTED ME TO UPGRADE TO HELP GET OUT OF THE FIRST PAGE ISSUES. iTS SUPER DIFFICULT TO BUIILD AND HARD TO FIGURE OUT THE OPTIONS. You CANT EVEN ADD SIMPLE TEXT. Just wasted 5 hours of my life on this

Imagine creating the perfect app, then using the AI help for a tiny change and….it completely ruined hours of work with no way to undo what it’s done. I deleted my entire account during the trial period. Don’t waste your time, find a better alternative, there’s loads.

I used the payed version, however the AI robot is not up to date, gives incorrect info, it was not useful, and I don't understand why the paid version is so poor. It took me 3 days to figure things out on my own, doing it manually. It was more stressful than helpful.
