I order I watched a year again and still haven’t received it

I placed order Nov 10th, I still didn't get my order... I think this is one of that spam internet company from China that takes few months to receive it and you can not return anything after. So far no tel nr only info@, I complained, no answer yet. Something is up for sure. Im sorry I bought it...

Glasses took several weeks to arrive. Ordered for 60+ and cannot see through glasses. They do not look as nice as shown online. Lost my moey.

Placed my order 25 days ago, the company is terrible. Return our money or send the product. Read your company reviews...terrible.

I am 69 y/o. I ordered the glasses with the diamond rim for $19.99, strength, over 65, bifocals. I cannot see out of the glasses and asked to replace them with the over 70 strength. They said to keep them and they'd give me a partial refund. I told them I wanted to exchange. They told me they were going to be out of work. They would contact me when they come back. Don't buy from them. They are not prescription and more than likely you will lose your money.

Try to return order. Asked for instructions. They keep telling me no order found .Original email with order number had been sent to the company Still they refused to give instructions to return order
