Outstanding service from beginning to end
I want to share my experience with Glasgow Prestige Auto Repairs, because what they did for me genuinely deserves credit. My car didn’t go in for a routine repair — it went in because another garage had carried out work so badly that it left my car in a dangerous state and advised by the AA not to drive it! When I took the car to a different garage initially for help, they took one look at the previous repairs and refused to touch it. They said the job was too poorly done and they wouldn’t take it on. I was left stressed, stuck, and unsure what to do next. Then I contacted Glasgow Prestige Auto Repairs, and everything changed! They didn’t refuse me. They didn’t make excuses. They didn’t act like the job was too messy or too complicated. They simply said they would take a look — and after being turned away elsewhere, that meant everything. When I arrived, Jamie listened properly. No rushing, no dismissing, no making me feel like a nuisance. He took in the full story and made sure I felt heard. After the stress I’d been dealing with, that alone made a difference. Then John assessed the car, and this is where their professionalism really stood out. He didn’t just tell me what was wrong — he sent me videos while he was repairing the car, showing exactly what he was seeing and explaining it clearly. I also received photos of the previous garage’s botched repairs, and seeing the state of it in those images was honestly shocking. It gave me clarity about what had been done and why the car had become unsafe. They sourced the engine for my car to restore this to a safe condition, and turned a horrible situation into something manageable again. Their skill, transparency and genuine care stood out from start to finish. If you want a garage that won’t abandon you when things get complicated — one that’s trustworthy, straight‑talking, and actually cares — Glasgow Prestige Auto Repairs is exactly that! Jamie and John didn’t just repair my car. They took on a dangerous mess caused by another garage, and they did the work someone else refused to do. I’m genuinely grateful for everything they did.
