I heard many good things about this brand but my experience was unfortunate. First off, the price for one pair of eyelashes and an eyeliner was almost $100. 2. The shipment took forever to come to my home and I was not able to get in contact with anyone from customer service regarding this issue. 3. The eyeliner is AWFUL, it is extremely thick and clumpy even after shaking it for 30 seconds (this is the eyeliner that costed almost $50). 4. I tried the eyelashes on once to see how they look, two of the magnets fell off one of the eyelashes. I was expecting higher quality especially when paying so much money for two items. I'm going to stick to eyelash glue, much more reliable.

ZERO STARS if I could. The order was incomplete. HORRIBLE QUALITY. Some of the lashes look USED. One of the lashes has frayed ends and a blue tone to them (not mentioned in the description). The liner itself feels glue. The application process is MESSY and they don't attach or stay on like the videos show. I requested a return and NEVER received a response. I should have listened to other customer comments/reviews saying they did not receive a response. Seems to be a common practice of the company to avoid refunds. Even the BBB tried to contact them and received no response. In summary, DO NOT PURCHASE!

I saw the video on this product for the first time, but based on the negative reviews I read, I'm not going to waste my money, time, energy, or frustrations since this is not liked by many and the customer service sucks!!

I have been waiting for my order for weeks now and it finally arrived without updating me at all!! I messaged glamnetic team multiple times trying to reach out to find out where my order was, it showed up today but it is the wrong ones! I ordered 2 lashes and eyeliner for almost $100 but they sent me only 1 lashes and eyeliner and it wasnt even the one of the kinds I wanted! Glamnetic has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I want the lashes I paid for.

I’ve tried a few different styles always ordering shorts lashes, all far too long for an everyday look in my opinion. Also the eyeliner comes off in clumps if you try and reposition the lashes. Always having trouble getting inner corners to stick. Would not recommend, complete waste of money.

I would give this negative stars if it would let me. Its now just short of 3 months and nothing! I’ve been in contact with their customer support team bi-weekly to check on my $430 order and everytime, they make a false promise about how its out of stock, then they’ll give me 30% off for being patient, then out of stock again, then a tracking number that doesnt exist, just more and more lies. And now, they won’t even give me a refund As per my request due to non-receipt of items and now they’re saying no refund bc my order has been processed the moment i finally ask for a refund? What BS! How is that my order cannot be fulfilled meanwhile your advertising is always in full swing and so in my face daily on social media and my inbox?

I have yet to receive my products. I've spent 70$ and have received NOTHING. It's been weeks!!

I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately didn’t work as advertised. I feel like I wasted my money when I could of got cheaper lashes and glued them b*****s on and would have stayed on periodtt!! My experience with the magnetic lashes was terrible. I was in Vegas in 107 weather the lash liner melted off and drizzled all over my eyes! Not only that but when I tried to whip it away it was hard to get off my face and fingers. Paid over $100 for lashes just to throw them away. Very unsatisfied customer i would definitely not recommend for people whom live in hot weather states.
