I put the first set on and they lifted at the tip all day. I don't see paying the price for these. You can buy better quality at Walgreens so much cheaper. Kiss or Ardell is better quality.

Not worth the price.

I ordered a relatively large order from Glamnetic - around 330 dollars. Glamnetic lost my package for over a month, customer support refused to answer to UPS's investigation requests or my requests to investigate, and overall caused me stress for almost two months. Finally got a claim submitted through Paypal and got Glamnetic to take me seriously, admit their fault, and resolve my situation. Customer support is useless and products are absolutely not worth two months of shipping hell.

So disappointing very expensive they do not stay on well corners lift! Ordered one more time getting charged still no order after weeks!!!! Reached out to customer service still no responses. Waste of money cause they are not cheap at all!

Costumer service was so helpful when the liner I ordered was sticky and going everywhere, not holding the lashes or comfortable at all! They wanted to send me a new one, and 1,5 month later. It still haven’t arrived. The lashes are filled with the eyeliner, and won’t come of. Costumer service told me how to get it off, and two magnets fell of in the process. Costumer service was stalling me the first time I contacted them, to avoid giving me my money back. Now 1,5 months later, they will take no responsibility for their product. The quality is the same you Can get on wish. So please dont waste your money, they are clearly Scamming people.

I bought the biggest package I thought I was making the right choice but when I wore them on a hot day the magnetic eyeliner was melting off causing my lashes to peel off I was so embarrassed 😳 I reached out to customer service to get a full refund and shipping label to return my items and they are not cooperating gave me the run around and only mentioning exchanging but their eyeliner sucks! They were so helpful in making the purchase but disappear when something goes wrong with my order. I don’t trust this company. I been asking 4 days now for a shipping label and they still haven’t sent it to me ... can someone help me solve this I don’t want this package at all

Very disappointed with Glamnatic. I order since May but not arrive yet. Put complaint but throught automatic answer. Ta.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. Ordered lashes that cost me 90$( extremely expensive for lashes) but heard good things and thought would give it a chance. It’s been a month and I haven’t recieved my lashes yet, I have already contacted customer service three times and get automated emails. Might just have to let that 90$ go to waste. Not sure if this is a scam or not anymore.
