Wow! How can I go about this product being the worst customer service ever!!! 1. I was told this was the most amazing thing ever, especially saving my time & money so I decided why not give it a try! 2. Order the lashes for the first time on the 8th of sept, was told it was shipped & on route to my location and should receive on sept 17. Super excited & couldn’t wait! Also Im one of those girls that gets nervous for orders being sent to the house so I’m always on point with my order. (Not trying to brag) but I never missed a package once in my whole lifetime! 3. I got an email stated it arrived in my location at the post office on sept 14 so I got even more excited, check the route on the 15th & it said still on route expected date was the 17th still so on the 16th I checked again & guess what was strange it said delivered in mailbox on the 14th!! What the f*** ! I never received it so I asked my fiancé if he seen my package, he said He had received a package but it was his! Funny thing is if mine was stolen his should’ve been stolen too! Strange right?!! 4. I contacted them right away & informed them I never receive my package could they have made a mistake? & said the wrong delivery date but nope! Rather they said wait 7 more days! So of course I waited & nothing so I emailed them stating I haven’t received it & can I just get a refund because by then I was already upset & irritated! 5. Today sept 23 comes around & they tell me before they can proceed with the refund they want me to file a police report? Showing proof that I went & file it but What the f*** ! Who does that for just lashes! I am not going to go to the police station & waste their time nor mines for some lashes! Yes it’s expensive & thank goodness I didn’t buy the 6 pack lashes! F*** I would’ve been screwed! But good thing my instinct was to keep with the 3 pack since it’s was only $120! Overall! I won’t be giving this business a try anymore but if you want to try it go for it because everyone has different opinions about glamnetic but just to let everyone know that if it comes to where you don’t get your package be aware they will make you go file a police report & showing proof. But If your wondering if I’m going to well no, I don’t have this kind of time to do this to waste mine nor the police time but rather just donate that 120$ That I spent to something I didn’t receive.

I bought a starter set of Glamnetic lashes. Immediately loved my first pair. Tried the 2nd pair and noticed right away that they were a little off. The magnets seemed kinda loose. When I took them off that night, multiple magnets and lashes fell off the lash strips. I emailed customer service and provided pictures, but they kept dismissing and ignoring my claims and basically saying I was lying and those were their "lash anchors". I sent them photos of my UNOPENED box of lash anchors from them, with the plastic still on, all the anchors in the box, that I never used next to the bits of fake lashes/magnets that fell off that look nothing like their lash anchors and they just kept dismissing me, saying they were lash anchors. Then I went to their social media to complain and warn others, and they deleted any negative comment I wrote. So I will never buy from them again. Stay away!!

Extremely unhappy with these lashes. I'm not sure who the women are that are ok with these but as a professional, working mom who is single and dating....I don't want to go out on a date looking like a drag queen. I ordered the lush and love lashes thinking they were hopefully not overly exaggerated but WOW I looked like an idiot. Be careful.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND SAD!:(( After putting multiple ladies on to this company, and to think I was just about to spend more money on more products that I still need for work since I cannot get extensions & since I break out with regular glue... IM SO SAD TO SAY I was really dumb enough to believe Glamnetic when they had said “You can wear these lashes up to 40 times”!!??? I was not even able to wear my lashes 5 times:( I was keeping my pair of ‘Lucky’ lashes safe as hell, away from all forms of water and I listened as directions stated on the box to GENTLY rub off the excess glue! While I was doing so MY THIRD TIME CLEANING THEM THE LASHES BEGAN TO COME OFF ONE BY ONE WITH THE EXCESS GLUE!!! I REALIZED THEN THAT THERE WAS A WHOLE ASS GAP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LASHES:(( WHAT THE F GLAMNETIC WHY ARE YOUR ITEMS SO EXPENSIVE IF THEY ARE SUCH POOR QUALITY!? I LITERALLY CONVINCED SO MANY PEOPLE TO TRY YOUR LASHES OUT LIKE A DUMB ASS. IF THIS HAD NOT OCCURRED I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED WEEKLY:( thanks for nothing Glamnetic!😞

I never received the products I ordered. Sent them multiple emails about it and every time the reply was the address was incorrect and they will resend it. It’s been over 2 months and didn’t get anything. It’s scam ! A waste of money and time .

I made two orders with this company. I was not happy with my orders and returned them immediately in perfect order and they have had plenty of time to refund my purchase and have not done so. Beware.

This company is definitely some kind of scam. There’s a reason the customer support doesn’t have a phone number - the company wants to ignore and throw up brick wall after brick wall if it starts to look like they’re in the wrong! Pro tip-if customer support won’t reply to your pleads to find your missing package, go directly to your bank or Paypal and get a chargeback or file a claim! You are not helpless - you can get your money back for these overpriced cheaply made eyelashes!!

I’ve really had nothing but issues with Glamnetic. My first order was a $200+ order. I was missing items, wasn’t told when items were out of stock so I waited a very long time for my order and eventually messaged them and they were like oh yeah some of your lashes are out of stock. Would have been nice to know without having to ask. Some of the lashes looked used and the hairs were pointed in different direction and I wasn’t sent on of my eyeliners I ordered. Messaged them and never heard back. The liner I did receive never dried down even after 30 minutes it was still gloopy and super wet, the brush was also all frayed when I opened the tube so it’s unusable unless I want my whole eye covered in the eyeliner. And once again I never heard back from them after emailing them. Then when I saw they had anchors I decided to order those since the eyeliner was a fail and I had $200 in lashes I couldn’t use. They come in and the container is empty. Yep I was sent an empty container. Emailed them and they did send a replacement. I might give them one more try with the felt tip liner and see if that one will work. I haven’t decided if I want to chance wasting more money.
