I took the questions survey and what happened was i was allergic to the lashes. they are made of mink and Im allergic to cats. I broke out terribly with rash and itchy eyes. I feel that the questions i answered couild of prevented me from going any further. Im waiting to hear back from the company i just got them and now I need to file a return to get them sent back.

Literally biggest scam ever. I purchased their "magnetic felt tip eyeliner". Turns out that it's not magnetic at all. It's a glue pen. Mislabelled, $2 product that is being sold on at $42. They must think their customers are stupid! I do feel it now. The pen itself was dried out and did not stick at all. Judging by the ingredients, I have no idea how they can sell this as a magnetic eyeliner.

Honestly, haven’t even received all of the products I ordered yet, but please don’t send a “package is delivered” email to get customers attention thinking it’s funny. Not funny. When I treat myself as a single mother once every few months, I don’t deserve to be scared that I just wasted money because of your funny email. Hahaha. Not funny. I cried. Got down on myself for buying vitamin c and a cleanser for my skin thinking I should’ve spent it on something else. Not a good marketing tactic. Don’t send those emails. It’s rude and I felt bad for myself and my children. I had to search for tracking numbers thinking someone stole the products I bought. Haha. Cool guys

Products did not work for me, they didn’t stay on very well like it says it would. I emailed customer service before the 14 days that I could get refunded and then wrote them again after the refund date and told them I still wasn’t happy and said that I had passed 14 days and they couldn’t give a refund for it anymore. Products sucked, didn’t work like they say it would, it’s false advertisement and customer service was horrible. Would not recommend this product for anyone. Get eyelash extensions instead. This was not worth the money.

The brown eye liner was the worst it remained sticky an hour after i applied it. There was not magnetism to it at all. I think its the stickyness holding the lashes on which i would not trust. I have bought $10 eyeliner on amazon that had better magnetism.

I ordered products and pre-paid the duties. My order arrives at my local post office, I got notified that I had to pay almost 75$ in duties to collect it. I emailed their customer service, and was advised that I only needed to email receipt of cost and would be reimbursed. they did not reimburse me, it's been almost 3 months. Worse service ever. As far as the product, I am unimpressed. Garbage! Stick to the drug store product, it looks better!

This product absolutely sucks the eye liner does not go on in a nice necessary amount and ends up covering the entire eyelid. The lashes do not stick easily if you can get them to stick at all. Very expensive and not worth the money because they don't stick. The liner is not effective and makes a huge mess. I would not recommend them at all. Very disappointing product. It is a pain to return them as well because they don't give you much time to send them back. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wasted an hour trying to get them on. Don't believe the advertising because they absolutely don't just snap on and into place.

Glamnetics lashes are made for people who have very large ocular cavities and long eyes. They DO NOT FIT people with average or small eye lids. I ordered 3 different pairs and none of them fit me. Even after I tried to trim them they still didn't fit and were very uncomfortable. The liner is more glue than magnetics and if the glue dries or won't stick neither will the lashes because the "MAGNETIC EYELINER" is very weak in the magnetic department. Also the strip that is "magnetically attached" to your lid is very thick and makes them look very fake and very cheap. I requested a refund from Glamnetics for these reasons and they gave me the runaround until the 30 days was up and then tried to tell me that I couldn't have a refund. So I pressed them and they agreed to refund my money and promised the money would be back on my card with 1 to 2 weeks......that was 7 months ago. Now I can't even get them to respond to my emails. BEWARE of this company's ethics they are sketchy at best.
