The shipping is taking so long. When i checked the status of my order it says full-filled but i didn’t receive anything!!! i tried to message them but their facebook automatic system keep saying the same thinng to track my package and all that!! I ordered worth $100 please don’t order these lashes the hype ain’t real cause they won’t come in the first place.

If only there was a zero star option. These lashes do not work. I tried and tried but they simple do not work and even my beautician friend tried to help me. Awful! Customer services replied to my email stating because I used the lashes I cant recieve a refund -.- How am I suppose to find out if they work or not without first applying them? They dont even guarantee their product because they know they wouldn't make any money if they did. Do not waste your money please. There is better out there. Lash quality was very poor too. I have seen drug store lashes look more real and pretty than what I purchased from here.

i have made TWO ORDERS within less than 2 months because i never even RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER!!!! i dont know why they keep making sales on their website when the customers dont even receive their PARCELS!!!! twice in a row my order got lost in transit. the first time they refunded me the second time they didnt even bother to check but they told me to contact the Route Protection Service, in which they never replied either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE A SCAM

I paid for a pair of lashes (not cheap) and received an email saying that I should be patient with shipping and expect delays due to the covid 19 pandemic... 8 months later and I received no shipping confirmation and no lashes, so I reached out to the company asking where tf they might be as they've clearly not even been sent yet (sent the PayPal transaction number and receipt over along with it) and received a response saying that since I had not emailed them within ONE MONTH they would be unable to send me any lashes or refund my purchase! WHAT?!?!

I had ordered twice because I loved the product. The second time I got lashes that literally fell apart and one was WAY shorter than the other. I contacted customer service and they rudely told me that these were anchors not that the ONE lash fell apart. I was like only one had multiple anchors and the other lash did not? They did not respond. I guess I will never order again! Customer service is terrible and the company does not stand behind the product.

The product never arrived, it’s been almost a month already!!! The customer service is useless. I feel scammed....

I have been using this when there’s no hype from their product but I ordered with them a month ago and now I just found out these reviews and I couldn’t agree more. Sent multiple emails but no response until now. This is way overpriced. I just like the idea that it’s magnetic but the magnets comes off easily even after just one use of it. I’ll just go back using Huda. I have spent so much money for their products and they don’t value their customers. Stay away. Just stick with the usual lashes. This is way overrated anyway. Also the new magnetic liner they have which was sold for $42 is just so expensive and doesn’t last long. Stick with Stila. I’m so disappointed with this. I’m done spending my money from this crappy company. I understand they are a small company but invest MORE money on customer service not on influencers.

The worst customer service ever and company. I never received my lashes after a couple attempts emailing them they emailed me back and said they would just replace them, I had said no I would just like to cancel because it has already taken over a month for them to find a resolution or locate them, unsuccessfully. They ended up resending it after my request not too, I sent them back cancelled. I emailed them again, this has been ongoing since Oct 30th 2020. I was told refund was sent to the manager and that it would be processed first week November, waited and checked periodically nothing was refunded, so I have to email them back because they don't have a direct phone number, and I got a huge run around and someone was going to get back to me they were going to send another memo to the manager for a refund and to expect it. we are now on December 16th and they are claiming they deposited $46 to my account it was already processed, I have went through my account numerous times to locate this credit to my account and nothing. I paid 150$. Plus duties as per the post office. Of course I have emailed them again screenshot showing there has been nothing deposited and how much I paid so we will see if they even come back with anything but I have no faith in this company and if you're reading this now do not waste your money you will not like the lashes one and when that happens you will never get your money back because this is a scam.
