I was super excited to try "Princess" from their new Pillow Talk half lashes and they never got to me. I paid the $1.50 or so for insurance, emailed Glamnetics and they sent a new pair. Almost two weeks later and I still haven't gotten any lashes with any updates on shipping.

Worst lashes ever. They fall off in 5 mins. This company is also dishonest by offering money for reviews. Don't trust this company.

I ordered twice and neither package arrived. Customer service keeps telling me its normal for packages to take more than 2 months (I get all my packages, it's just Glamnetic orders that don't arrive). I've insisted on a refund, not sure if they'll do it. Honestly stay away. From the other reviews, sounds like their products are cheap and fall apart anyway. The founder was literally laughing about how good her margins are on a podcast. We've been duped.

Ignore all reviews made on January 28 2021 or shortly thereafter. A company that doesn't even have a phone number to call or a chat system for live support shouldn't need to offer a $100 incentive to post 5-star reviews! Their liners are of horrible quality and are basically overpriced goods from China. Think twice before you spend hundreds on mere eyelashes! Trustpilot and BBB are the only legit sites customers are allowed to provide honest feedback, they erase and delete any negative posts or reviews on their website and social media - don't be fooled!

I was very excited to get some magnetic lashes as they are recommended for 'beginners'. However I found this more difficult to use than any other eyelashes I've ever worn. The eyeliner was clumpy, sticky and incredibly difficult to take off, it also irritated my eyes. Not only that but after only one use the hairs on the eyelash were starting to bend backwards. Not worth the money

Don’t bother with them!! They reported double the value than how much I paid and ended up I had to pay double the custom and taxes!! I emailed their customer service all they said is I should understand there’s custom and taxes fee?! They declared my purchase is over $100 when I only got it for $60ish and I had to pay taxes on $100+ is ridiculous !! They refuse to refund the extra taxes and handling fee even when I paid shipping and protection as well ! Horrible company avoid at all cost it is not worth it when you can get same product for cheaper from different company. Jan25 edit: they reached out offer to refund 50% custom fee as “a one time courtesy”... I am not sure how they came up with “50%” and why is it my problem and how can it be one time but I rather be done and over with the company

Worst lashes ever. Lumpy difficult liner, uncomfortable almost painful in the inner eye. Way too expensive for what you get and NO REFUNDS! Rip off.

Honestly, the shipping took really long like over a month despite the website stating a few days. However, my main concern is the actual product. The liquid eyeliner was very sticky and clutters easily. It is not an eyeliner that's worth its price. It was extremely hard to work with. It would stick almost instantly like glue and made it very hard to apply it on the eyelids. The eyelashes were okay. I can't say that it was worth the money because the company itself is pricey and I've used better quality lashes from the drug store. Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I wrote a negative review (my honest opinion about the product as I've stated above) and they chose not to release it. Therefore, it generates misinformation about the product's success rates. Therefore, I conclude that GLAMNETIC is NOT WORTH IT! If you're thinking about purchasing them, don't because you'll waste your time and money.
