Eyeliner makes your eyes irritated and feels heavy on the eye lids. I put the magnet eye lashes on and every time I blink they would come off! Spent $65 on this and I’d much rather apply eye lash glue daily and use my falsies over this. Will ever purchase again

Don’t buy anything from this business! I usually don’t write reviews and the only times that I do are when I 100% believe the services/products are helpful and useful. I am not paid by anyone to write reviews on their behalf so this is totally based on my own experience. Glamnetic is neither helpful or provide a useful product. I ordered heaps of lashes from them including magnetic eyeliner on 28 November 2020 after seeing all the videos. Compared to Moxielashes I liked the style of the lashes from Glamnetic. After placing the order, I was able to track the order via Shop. The tracking kept updating from DHL where it kept saying enroute but never got to me. What I got was 1 pair of Venus eyelash and no eyeliner. I waited until 12th January 2021 to make contact with them. The response I got is that the package is now going to be marked lost and I could either get a refund or have the remaining items reposted to me. But there was a catch, they didn’t have the eyeliner I wanted so I could take an alternative or get same eyeliner but different colour to the black I ordered. When I asked for franchezka to give me send me one as a bonus because it was their fault for not managing the original order and posting the eyelashes order in two batches, I was essentially told that I will get the remaining order when the eyeliner I wanted was back in stock. I made a second complaint a week or two later because I was tired of the wait, again I was offered a replacement or refund and I opted for a refund after telling Franchezka that I would be posting this review that they sent me a useless pair of eyelashes which did not have any eyeliner with it so how the hell was I supposed to even use it. Glamnetic then decided to post me a tube of eyeliner the one that they claim was out of stock to go with the useless eyelashes in mid Feb. Then this morning they decided to cancel the remaining order and refund the order but I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to come back into my account. Moreover the free black eyeliner that I was supposed to get as part of the bonus for the order is nowhere to be seen. On top of this, I tried the eyelashes and eyeliner this morning and it does not “easily” apply! Mines did not easily apply and would not sit on the eyeliner as per the videos. All those paid vids taken by people are lies! If you have any questions I’d be more than happy to answer it. You have been warned, do not buy from these people. I have ordered from Moxielashes instead and so have have had an amazing experience with Moxie!

Don't waste your time or money on these eyelashes. The glue arrived and was hard and the eyelashes were a horrible fit. Totally disappointed in this product.

Worst lashes and SCAM company! Don’t waste your money on this brand, they fell off 5 minutes after and the eyeliner never gets dry!

I just keep trying them and still can’t get them to work! The liner feels Like it never dries and it is so hard to get off! Having to do your eye look first and then not getting them on is so defeating.

Multiple 5 Star reviews back to back days in a row?!?! Must not have any association with the company! Terrible lashes, do not work, will never use them again.

I got a USPS tracking. Cant find package. Felt good because I had added the protection from Route. Wow they told me to file a police report online. I told them ok but I tried and my police station requests people to come in person for that. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable to go in because of covid. Just got the same exact copy paste reply. Route is a scam and Glamnetic is also a scam

Worst shipping methods with bad customer service that doesnt read or even bothered to reply to each individual customers. Just auto copy & pasted email and dont take responsibility for 2 MONTHS missing items!! Seem to be a glitch with the website upon listing, advertised as 60% off and charged me for 40% on the checkout. The whole thing felt like a scammed, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Save yourself & go to other place!
