This product is terrible lashes are very cheap quality the eyeliner it takes forever to come out of your eyelash if I wouldn’t give zero stars it will be Sarah I don’t recommend this eyelashes don’t waste your time and throw your money in the trash and they never answer your emails

My complaint is the shipping experience. I have ordered from Glamnetics twice before, and estimated that each time I ordered I received my items between 5-7 days. After a week of not receiving any email tracking information I went online to speak to someone to request status and a refund (this was on 8/6). After a grueling 30 minutes and a lot of back for messages, she stated my items were given to a courier. She stated it was given to DHL but no tracking info was provided. I requested a refund because she couldn't provide me accurate and thorough information. Then today I find out that it wasn't actually mailed till that day Aug 6th. The person I spoke with today provided me the tracking information and a discount towards my current order which I really appreciated but it still does not excuse the poor customer service and dishonesty I experienced on 8/6 just so they didn't have to refund me and admit someone messed up on their end.

Terrible quality lashes- they look like cheap Halloween lashes. They arrived kinked and in disarray and when trying to apply to my lashes I noticed that they didn’t even come with an applicator. They lash glue/liner didn’t go on smoothly and it gave my eyelid irritation after just an hour. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy these I feel like it was a waste of money, over priced and you still have to pay a customs fee if you aren’t in the states… That should be disclosed when ordering.

Bad liquid liner. 2 months only 2 months it took me to open my liquid liner. Totally dry!!! I'm furious.! Your product isn't cheap!!!

Received only 1/2 of my order. 15 days have now passed. There is no one to call or contact. They already debited my card for the item I did not receive. This company is fraudulent. See BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about glamnetic. BUYER BEWARE! Caveat Emptor!
