GlamneticReviews of glamnetic.com

I have ordered a few times from glamnetics, and it has always been positive. The lashes look exactly as they are pictured and last as long as described. Glamnetics customer service is amazing! I've had an issue twice with one of the products damaged in transit, and it was immediately handled and replaced . I will keep ordering from here!

Great service and fast shipping every time. I am constantly complimented on my nails

Good products and quality customer service

I recently make a purchase for the eyeliner pen, it wasn’t the best fit for me unfortunately but i reach out to Glamnetic and the respond to my issue was resolved super fast. I want to specially thank Rosselle for her amazing costumer service taking care of my concern and providing an excellent costumer service. I’m happy with the Glamnetic Eyelashes i had tried tons and so far this is the best I had have.

Great costumer service!

Always a great experience with Glamnetic. Customer service is always supportive and answering to my enquiry fast ( previously one of my order was lost in transit and they replaced it) Their lashes range is amazing and good quality and I also tried few styles of pres-on nails which are absolutely amazing.

After using these I seriously have never gone back to regular lashes/lash glue. I can’t even tell you how easy it is to apply these. My makeup routine always consists of me applying liner so this was a no brainer to be able to just simply apply these lashes as they just “click” on. I don’t know how else to put it. But they are just so easy and satisfying to put on. I don’t have to mess with glue or anything and they aren’t damaging my natural lashes either. I’ve been using these for more than 6 months now and I will continue to purchase. I have the Princess set with the magnetic felt tip liner. LOVE LOVE LOVE the natural eye lash look but it still looks like you have flirty lashes. Keep doing you Glamnetic!!

Dear Ann, Glamnetic team, I don’t do reviews as I should unless it has to be something that stands out as my I am quite busy. I decided to write this review for the company for their customer service excellence. I have been a customer ever since the women owned business started. I wanted to support it but it has to be a great product for me to continue buying. I have been consistently buying the only magnetic eyelashes that for me is worth the buy. I have tried other brands and figured the Glamnetic was it for me. It might be more money than some in the market, but I love the quality, selection, varieties and how it looks and fits on me. What triggered me to write this review was the customer service person who helped me with my eyeliner problem being dried up. Her name is Glessie and she was the person who immediately responded to my email and resolved my problem. Glessie was very professional and resolved my problem within 48 hours. That was VERY IMPRESSIVE to me as a business owner myself. More power to your company and if your company cares for your customers the way your customer service responds to your client. I see only BIG & BETTER things coming to your companies’ continued Success and beyond….. Thank you very much, JoLee
