The felt tip liner arrived 2 months after my order and was completely dry and unusable. No matter how long I shook it and open/closed it. Even when dipped in water there was barely any black coming. Extremely disappointed for 40$, I was so excited to try it... I contacted them and haven't gotten any answer since February :( EDIT : A couple months later they offered to replace the product for free and this time it worked

Bought 2 from Ulta; VIP and Viral. Viral has been pretty good. The eyeliner I have to put a thin amount on because if it’s too high up on the lid, when I’m at work it’ll start to get stuck to my upper eyelid which is frustrating since I’m a tattoo artist and my eyes get basically stuck open. Only a few lashes have fallen out. But VIP I’m really disappointed about. The lashes just keep falling out. I was super gentle so this wouldn’t happen but it didn’t matter. I ended up exchanging it at Ulta because I thought maybe I got a bad batch. Nope the other one too. I wore the first pair once and the second pair maybe 3 or 4 times? I just now was cleaning them ever so softly and an entire area in the middle of one of the lashes just completely fell out from me wiping the magnets with micellar water. I don’t even know how that happens. I even was wiping the opposite way. I will never buy VIP ever again and don’t recommend them. I just threw them in the trash right now because I can’t even wear them and I’m past the return date at Ulta I think. I’m going to actually try another brand to see if they have the same problem. It’s supposed to be like 35+ uses, that shouldn’t be happening. I wish I could post a pic on here. I can’t be the only one having this issue.

I rated a 3 because the liquid eyeliner is not that great it need more improvement as to sticking to the lashes Other than that it’s an okay product!

My eyes felt irritated after using these probably because when I took off the eyeliner, some of it got into my eyes (but I do have sensitive eyes). It was also pretty hard to take off the liner (I'm using the Neutrogena wipes) They dont stick as good as they advertise it to be and they feel heavy. You probably have to draw a thicker eye liner to have make it stick but some of use don't like thick liner.

First of all, the lashes are decent, the original liner is decent. There are several cons that make me NOT want to spend anymore money on them. 1. I received my first set of lashes in a Boxy Charm box. Fell in love with them. Easy to use, looks great, so I wanted to order more. STICKER SHOCK. They’re nice, but I don’t think they’re worth the price. 2. Watch out for the felt tip liners. Omg. I ordered a black and brown one. The black one was fine, just SUPER hard to remove. The brown one stained my eyelids, and took 4 layers to even hold the “natural” looking lash. I couldn’t get the liner off and my eyelids were sore for two days after. I received a set of lashes that absolutely would not stick, like they weren’t magnetized, and they were different lengths. To their credit, customer service, available only through email, replaced the liner and the lashes the same day I had issues with them. 3. They invite you to join a Facebook group where anything perceived as negative, including a question about the brown liner, was repeatedly deleted by admins. I’ve run my own business for many years, I would want honest feedback. Instead they offer gift cards to be reviewed. I’ll use what I have, but I’ll not buy again.

I'm docking a star just based on them shipping the product which is my biggest issue with them. I live in Canada and I made an order at the beginning of December. After waiting a month and tracking the order, it just stops at the border for a week. I contacted them to find out what happened and they told me they lost the order. The only reason they gave me another order was because I had Route protection. So, make sure you have Route protection or else you're screwed. Now I had to wait another month for this second order. So after 2 months, I finally get my order. The eyeliner is chunky so making a smooth line or winged tip at the end is impossible so I just used regular eyeliner. But putting the eyelashes on is super easy. It just snaps in place so this was the best part. But when I took it off, a magnet came off. So I'm docking another star based on quality.

I love the whole magnetic lashes, I love how they come in a two pack and cute boxes and how they looked but I have a few things that you should know and I wished I would have known and bought different lashes. These are not worth $80 . They lasted only a good handful of times and when I finally went to clean them, the lashes literally came off no matter how gentle I was and I lost a magnet on one of the lashes when I was applying it on one day. Also The liner reminds me of the eyeliner you buy at the drug store, I would have really liked a pen liner and it comes on quite clumpy. I wish I could have posted a picture of my lashes after one cleaning session. Honestly I'm so upset and disappointed, I had high hopes for these lashes. Probably would be better to buy different kind of magnetic lashes.

The lashes are nice, but I can't get the inner corners to stick. I trimmed the lashes to fit my eyes and made sure the thickness of the liner matched the band. The inner corners still wouldn't stay down. The lash anchors also pinch and tug your lashes, which is painful. Overall, they're too expensive for the quality of the lash.
