As I first receiver the nails I ordered January 4, 2023
At first another credit card was charged 2x that had NOTHING to do with this purchase, which I have NO idea how they received this info and the charge was not returned. I received the nails I ordered, on December 4 2022 a month later (note it’s January 5 2023) I opened the case to notice that the nails are not large enough to fit my nail beds. Then after just one day of wearing the press on nails which I could somehow fit on some of my nails the, 2 on right hand, 1 on left hand they started bending to eventually breaking where I have to file them down to be able to do anything. Not worth the process or hassle. They will try to steal your money and expect you to have baby hands.

The glue was not sticking with the nail…
The glue was not sticking with the nail and went everywhere on my skin and fingers. The nails barely lasted 24 hours to stay on. My nail popped off just to put a shirt on.

My order was not deliver
My order was not deliver even though my tracking said it was. I contact the US postal and the horrible costumer service from Roselle at Glamnetic, whose responded was just to wait ANOTHER week for the order. I placed the order since 11/28. Her respond to wait and to reach back after 13th without the care was really disappointing. At this point, since I needed them since last week, if I received them, I might returned them. Horrible customer services, I’m reconsidering to buy again and go with another brand.

I have been trying to contact customer…
I have been trying to contact customer support, several times with no success. I used to be a loyal customer but I am definitely reconsidering. I had a rep cancel my order and when I tried to place it again, it never shipped. After reaching out to customer support, no one has answered me. I’m very disappointed because of how affordable they are, but at this point it just isn’t worth it. Not shopping here again.

They recommend putting multiple coats…
They recommend putting multiple coats to the eyeliner but it’s hard to keep it thin. So the lashes stick too far away from the lash line and don’t look natural.

I still have not received the shipment
I still have not received the shipment. If I had known it would take a month to receive my order I would have never made the purchases
