I ordered from them a month and a half ago and I STILL haven't received my order. I have sent them numerous emails asking for an update but got no response and I have even tried using the app they tell you to use to track it but that hasn't been updated in over a month as well.

NEVER AGAIN... Placed an order 3 weeks ago, of course payment immediately went through, and still have not received an update on my order. There's only an email contact available, I've reached out 4 times w/ no response. Last two messages I've requested a refund... Nothing.

They are at least responsive (which is why I gave them two stars); but, the responses don’t solve the problem. I purchased a small (the site said it was tiny but it’s not) power bank. It never worked right. I contacted Gizmodern right after the purchase and told them the problem. There was some back and forth; but no resolution to the problem. They did not offer to send me a new power bank. I stopped using the device. I found it about a year later and gave it a try again before I threw it out. It had totally stopped working. I remembered that I had paid a lot for it. So, I reached out and asked for a replacement. They responded and said since it had been a year they would send me a new one for a $20.00 shipping fee. I declined. The first one never worked right. I wasn’t going to spend money for another one that might not work.

Comprati 2 articoli su questo sito, pessima esperienza arrivati con una qualità indecente, volevo restituirli contattandoli mi hanno detto che -mi possono rimborsare il 30% del mio ordine e tengo gli articoli -oppure li restituisco spedendo in Canada a mie spese.... Contattato PayPal adesso vedremo se e come si risolverà... resta il fatto che devo spedirgli gli articoli ed essendo in un altro continente devo compilare tanti documenti e cose, e non è per niente facile...

They were attentive, polite, and even game me a coupon to make up for my having to select another color. Delivery was prompt and easy/
