Poor customer service. Actual website is great, cancelled my account though and they kept charging me for months, didn't respond to my emails and I had to cancel the card to get rid of the charge, annoying.

Half the time when you're trying to make a gif, it's an endless waiting screen of the five cubes. You can't troubleshoot anything, or look up what to do because all that pops up when you search "endless loading" or whatever way you phrase it, is just exploring for gifs, instead of anything with an answer. There's no crop tool, and the video length limitation is also a hurdle. The only good thing about Giphy is that there are no watermarks. That's the only reason why I find myself using it despite the problems.

It kept showing irrelevant gifs.
