The worst one of the century. This one spoiled the the bigg day of mine and my fiancee.. never trust this. the mail i sent to them is as below. Hi , This mail is being sent with extreme sadness and anger because of the pure irresponsibility from your company/team. I ordered this (GWL/130617/505465) on June 13th. Before ordering, i communicated with the customer care and made sure the delivery is possible to the expected location on the expected date. From morning i have been calling customer care and the responsible people. The day was very very very very important for me and my fiancee. YOU LITERALLY RUINED the day. With immediate action I need the refund and as well as the compensation for the chaos and sadness you caused. Otherwise i will definitely move for legal action. I have saved all the chats from your customer executive. Its not for this money. But for the injustice caused i will do the necessary action. Also i will make sure none of my friends will use this website in future. i will also make sure in all the possible customer review places /social networking places i will mention this "WORST" experience which happened.

Never Opt for this site, they never adhere to their commitment, their chat communication and mails are not authentic.

I ordered chocolates for my dad and they had promised 13th April delivery. But it has not reached him till date and all they say is sorry. I have not heard any other positive response from them other than SORRY!!! SORRRY!!! SORRY!!! They don't even have the tracking number of the gift. Pathetic service. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Please refrain from ordering from this site. PATHETIC!!!PATHETIC!!!PATHETIC!!! service. Better guys, order and courier them :) These guys are just looting your money. Already the cost of the chocolates are more than what is sold in market.

There are better delivery sites like ferns and petals. Gift with love.net is run by an in competent team with no concept of customer service. A gift I ordered 10/days ahead for my dads birthday, Hasnt reached yet. I have followed up at least 6 times today.

This is the first time I chose this site to send a gift to my wife on Valentine's day. I had specifically mentioned in the instruction that the gift should be delivered before 12pm. Forget 12pm they did not deliver the gift at all on that day. A totally useless site . You should only order from this site if you want to hurt others feelings.

I have ordered gift for my husband's b'day from this site and i think that was my biggest mistake. Gift needs to be delivered on 21st March 12:00 AM but delivered at 5:00 PM and that too in a pathetic condition. These people don't understand the meaning of midnight delivery. And very smartly they are charging more bucks for the bullshit they have delivered to me. As far as service is concerned, these people are big fat 0. The gift was packed in such a dirty polybags that i dont even dare to touch. And the poor old man who came to deliver the gift was barely able to walk. I felt petty on him. These guys cant appoint the decent looking person to deliver the orders.I want to thank them for ruining the surprise with this garbage. The actual product is not at all matching with that shown in the website. I think pathetic is the least came to my mind on seeing this piece of garbage. Last but not least, Hand written message was simply WOW........... Like written by first class student.
