They are a SCAM. Map quest the address on their website and it takes u to a residential place not a business. I should've did this before they ripped me off. Another lesson learned

I send them a gift card, they redeemed it and then refuse payment. Company is from Nigeria....

More than 4 days the cards now 0$ They wont answer me, they dont want to send me my payment. Dont buy or sell in this website

A million percent a SCAM! That is all you need to know from me because the person below said it all. Do not use this platform. Hopefully it is getting shut down by actions taken. I was not a person that they should have done this to when it comes to my occupation. Keep in mind that the positive reviews below are coming from their own “company”.

100% SCAM!!! FROM NIGERIA DO NOT SELL OR BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM THEY WILL 0 OUT YOUR BALANCE AND PRETEND LIKE YOU SENT IT TO THEM EMPTY. I needed the money urgently and I decided to take a chance on selling my gift card to this site for btc…I had a JCPenney gift card for $155 that I was going to get $80 btc in return, after sending in all the info I received confirmation saying the turnaround time frame would be within 24 hours….. after 24 hours has passed I still haven’t received payment and I reached out to their live chat and they took 4 hours to reply… I kept checking my gift card balance and it still had $155 in it so I asked them to check if they’ve received my gift card and they asked for my email address and didn’t respond again for 2 hours… i checked my balance on the gift card again and it’s now $0 and live chat is still not replying… I told them that my gift card balance is now $0 just shortly after I sent them my email for them to check and asked if they are processing it now and to confirm that it will processed because they are obviously the ones that zeroed my gift card balance. I didn’t hear from them for the entire rest of the day and the next morning they reply back saying “ your gift card balance was 0 upon checking please submit a new sell ticket with a gift card that has a balance” I’m. Livid yea it’s $0 because THEY EMPTIED IT… so please don’t even hesitate or wonder if it’s worth trying with them THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY YOU

SCAM - DO NOT USE I have used multiple Crypto gift card sites and never had issues before until now. I bought a $300 Best Buy gift card on 08/16/2022. As of this day (09/23/2022) it still shows "awaiting processing" still need to hear back. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times. No answer. Stay away. There are much better sites out there than this one. EDIT: I see they replied to my message saying that I could be "confused" with Giftcash. No I am not. I have sent several emails to the email address outlined below with no answers. Don't let them fool you.
