I received a product that did not work at all. I sent an email with pictures and videos. It took them 3 1/2 months to give me 12% of my money back. I should have received 100% of my money back. A complete rip off. DO NOT BUY from this company. The customer service is horrible. I have the original packaging and envelope and it didn’t matter. They stole my money.
