GiftbookstoryReviews of giftbookstory.com

I had an exceptional experience with GiftBookStory from start to finish. If you are looking for a unique personalised gift, a custom story book, or an AI generated personalised book that actually feels thoughtful and meaningful, GiftBookStory is genuinely one of the best options I have come across. The whole customer experience flow was extremely smooth, simple, and clear. From the moment I started creating the book, the process was easy to understand and well laid out. I liked that I could add personal details, answer the questions, and shape the story around the person I was buying it for. It did not feel confusing or overwhelming at any point. Everything was guided nicely, and there were opportunities to review and change fields, which made the experience feel flexible and reassuring. That is really important when you are creating a personalised story book, because you want to make sure the details, names, memories, personality traits, and little personal touches are right before ordering. What impressed me most was how personal the final book felt. It was not just a basic template with a name added in. The story included details that made it feel like a real personalised gift book created specifically for the recipient. The tone, the structure, and the way the story was built around their personality made the book feel special, thoughtful, and memorable. It is the kind of gift that feels far more meaningful than a standard present, gift card, or generic personalised item. I ordered the printed softcover book, also the price was great only £25 including delivery 200 pages and full colour personalised book, and the quality was very well done. The book looked professional, the print quality was clear, and the softcover finish made it feel like a proper keepsake. It was nicely presented and felt gift-ready when it arrived. For anyone thinking about buying a personalised softcover book, personalised paperback book, or custom printed story book, I was very happy with the finished product. Delivery was also fast and smooth. The whole process, from creating the book to receiving the printed copy, felt reliable and stress-free. There were no issues with the order, and the experience gave me confidence throughout. For a personalised printed book, especially one being bought as a birthday gift, anniversary gift, Christmas gift, Mother’s Day gift, Father’s Day gift, retirement gift, or sentimental gift, that smooth delivery experience really matters. Overall, GiftBookStory delivered an exceptional customer experience. The website was easy to use, the personalisation process was clear, the ability to edit and adjust details was very helpful, and the printed softcover book was finished to a high standard. It felt like a premium, thoughtful, and emotional gift that the recipient could actually keep and enjoy. I would highly recommend GiftBookStory to anyone looking for a personalised book, AI story book, custom gift book, personalised book for adults, personalised gift for mum, personalised gift for dad, unique birthday gift, anniversary gift, romantic gift, retirement gift, or meaningful keepsake. It is a brilliant idea for anyone who wants to give something personal, creative, and memorable instead of a normal off-the-shelf present. GiftBookStory is smooth, clear, easy to use, well designed, and delivers a high-quality personalised story book that feels genuinely special. I would definitely recommend it and would happily order again.

The process was straightforward, and the book was of high quality. I enjoyed the pictures and thought they were well done. Definitely one of the funniest gifts I've received recently! Thanks.

I decided to purchase an AI-generated book from Giftbookstory for my wife's 50th birthday. After submitting the required information, I immediately realized I needed to make two important corrections—most importantly, changing the suburb where my wife grew up rather than where she currently lives. This detail was essential to the accuracy and meaning of the story. I contacted Giftbookstory straight away to request these amendments, but they refused to make the changes. I explained how important the corrections were, especially given that this was a milestone 50th birthday gift, but my concerns were dismissed. What disappointed me most was the customer service. The responses were rude, communication was extremely slow (expect to wait around 48 hours for a reply), and rather than trying to help, I was simply told to "take your business elsewhere." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I ended up purchasing from BookByAnyone instead, and the difference was night and day. Their customer service was excellent, they were responsive, and they genuinely cared about delivering a quality product. I would encourage anyone considering Giftbookstory to carefully weigh up their options before ordering. My experience was extremely disappointing, especially for such an important occasion.
