This company is a joke OMG, they lie it took me over a month to get the personalized shirt that should have had my husband name on it and it had the word name and half of the letter n. What the hell is that, in the beginning they were emailing me with their sorry and for me to please be patient due to the Covid, starting the email of by saying hello my friend. Each time I would email them, they were Johnny on the spot responding. When I sent them an email with you had the nerve to send me a shirt like this, guess what I don't hear anything. I will be contacting my bank in the morning and file a dispute
