I ordered a blanket back in November and unfortunately, the address was wrong so I never received the order. It was a 78.00 order so I was highly frustrated. I emailed gifnest customer service, provided my order number, and was able to contact some customer support. While it took several months to finally receive my order, I am thankful because gifnest customer support stayed in touch with me the entire time, until we could straighten the entire ordeal out. The reason it took so long was due to the fact that the order was returned back to the warehouse in China and then had to be reshipped to me after updating to the correct address. I give gifnest 5 stars due to the quality of the order and the great customer service that I received while waiting on the issue to be resolved. Thank you Gifnest. I love my blanket.
