Overall, I am happy with my purchase, it was good quality and was delivered fast. Speedy communication and my questions were resolved quickly. Even after a single complication from missing information from my part they provided a speedy solution. A little patience and good communication goes a long way.

Ich habe eine Jacke bekommen die zu klein war habe aber sofort eine neue bekommen die jetzt wunderbar passt. Vielen Dank

I ordered a Pantera shirt that I really wanted. At first i was skeptical. It took a little longer than I anticipated to get, about 5 weeks coming to Ontario Canada. But the price is decent the quality is good too. I will definitely order again.

A mis-understanding at first, but all's well now. More orders to follow, without a doubt, thankyou. 👍

The products I received are AWESOME. A Michigan steering wheel cover and a Michigan shirt 2023 Champions! I did have an issue in beginning on the order and receiving the 2nd item, however when I would reach out by email I got a FAST courtious reply! I appreciate that! I would purchase in the future. Thank you for helping me with my order. Initial order 1/13/24 and received 2/5/24 one item and 3/21/24 other item!

Long wait for product, but product was exceptional, quality was good, response to emails was good. Great. Experience!

This is an updated review. I'm giving 4 stars now instead of my previous 2 star rating. I got my order and it's exactly what I wanted! Perfect fit and the design looks awesome! My only beef is there customer service which right now is terrible.. I never received one email regarding confirmation, tracking or replies from numerous emails I sent a half a dozen times.. My order took nearly a month ordered 1-1-24 and got it 1-27-24. So if your from the US plan on waiting roughly the same shipping time. If u live on the east coast it might b a little quicker. long story longer I'm happy with my order! If they fix there customer service department and communicate with paying customers I will order from them again. ;-)

Gifnestbuy is a great company when it comes to the quality and variety of items they offer. The prices are definitely reasonable for any item they offer. The issue I have is the response time when it comes to contacting customer service which could be a lot faster. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first because they are a business and things happen. It’s when you reach out multiple times about the same thing and the don’t reply that is a little frustrating. Also shipping is wild. We literally waited a whole month from the day we ordered to the day we received the item give or take a day or two. I would order again. I would just like to see a few things improved. In my eyes that’s the only way people will keep coming back on a regular. Thank you for making such an amazing Prince bomber jacket.
