I been waiting for a replacement pump…
I been waiting for a replacement pump for over 5 months. Customer service keeps asking the same info every time that I reach them.

Poor support and experience
Fairly poor experience. After running through multiple hoops, in the end the recommendation was to throw away my electric fireplace and purchase a new one.
