Purchased the service to connect to the service on smartphone, and only later found that it doesn't have an android client. Requested to stop further monthly payments, they cancelled it and returned the first payment too.

In fact, there is no real company or individual behind this. I bought from them three days ago, and after it didn’t work, no one has responded and my refund request was ignored. This is a complete scam. Please be careful.

100% cannot get refunded or billing to stop. I have reached out via phone and email over 10 times. DO NOT buy this product under any circumstances. I am also submitting fraud to FTC.
