Visited their Purley Salon for hair…
Visited their Purley Salon for hair colour touch-up especially on my greys . And my Greys still very there Following my visit, I took the time to share my experience through a Google review. The team did reach out via email shortly after however, nothing has been done since. No resolution, no follow-up, no refund even after me following up again . That lack of action has only compounded my disappointment.
