Received a black dress that looks and feels like a nightgown. They first offered me $8 refund to keep, then $12 and finally $15. They told me I had to pay the postage to Dubai to return for the full $35 refund. Do NOT fall for it!!!

Geymy has an abysmal return policy. This site will not refund or provide store credit for full amount of purchase if your items don’t fit. Instead, after several emails- offered approximately 20% of the cost with the caveat to “keep the items”. If the items didn’t work what good are they? Trust in online businesses to stand by the quality of their products and refund if there is a problem is essential for customer satisfaction. This site/store is untrustworthy. Do not buy from this site.

SCAM! STAY AWAY, took me for $120 no items received, scammed my credit card asking for “duty” to be paid. SITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

When I received my order the leggings were made with cheap material, were way too big and did not look like the picture at all. I have been contacting them by e-mail for a return label to get a refund for the past 4 days and I havent gotten one response back from them and I only have 30 days to return for a full refund. There is no phone number on the website to contact anyone. This is so ridiculous and maddening to be ignored like this. These leggings are not cheap!!!!

Scam. Buyer beware do not order. They won't refund money if you don't like clothes and they are cheaply made and don't look like anything like what photos look. I am within 30 day refund guarantee and they are trying to offer me $20 for $300 worth of garments. Facebook should terminate their account and advertising.

I purchased two dresses and as someone said, they are made from a polyester shower-curtain type of plasticky fabric when they came in the mail. Very cheap. The sewing is bad and has gaps in the seams as the merchandise arrived damaged. The print is also very blurry - using a DPI that is not conducive to high quality printing. I demanded a refund and was offered to take a certain small amount of money instead. Since the dresses were damaged, poor quality and the wrong size, I constantly asked for a full refund. In at least 30 email exchanges, over a month, I demanded my money back. I was offered a higher sum to "keep the stuff," but was not ever given an address (either in Canada or the UK, where they purported to be as their head office) to send back the merchandise or sent any forms to begin the refund process. There is no phone number, only a generic email. They refused to honour their refund policy. DO NOT BUY from this company. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and am waiting on the outcome.

This company is a joke. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Like others, I’ve tried to return items and was sent an email offering a $14 credit for $108 for 2 items. What?? Why would that even be acceptable? The ad says these clothes are made in Charlotte, NC which is 2 hours from where I live, but this is a total lie. My order arrived from overseas about 3 weeks after ordering. Anyway, I did not accept the $14 offer, so they then offered $28. Geez. I don’t want to keep something that I can not wear. I just want a refund. I ordered 4 things total and was ok with keeping 2 of them and trying to make them work. The other 2 items WILL NOT work. I have not heard back since I rejected the $28 offer. This company lies about where they are located (probably based on some location algorithm), the clothes are extremely cheaply made, the fabric is also cheap and the customer service is laughable. Who wants to make a deal getting a fraction of your money back for something you can’t wear??
