I purchased an Arlo Pro 2 camera on October 11. Received it in a couple of days. Shipping was quick. I was having some difficulty in getting the camera to synchronize with my existing base station. Sam arranged to call me and talk me through the setup. I also had the included battery not charging. Sam sent out two new batteries that same day. Everything is now working as it should. Never purchased anything from Getzella in the past and based on this experience would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
