Good evening, I placed a pre-order with them on November 26, 2024, and I haven't heard back from them. Now I'm demanding my $100 back, and they're playing dumb. They won't even reply to my emails. They're not taking responsibility—their silence says it all. Be warned: I wouldn't buy from this shady store. Don't buy from them.

Précommande en 2023 puis plus de réponses. On m'a demandé de payer les frais de port puis plus rien depuis mai. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour avoir un update des mois et des mois sans réponse. Dernier mail envoyé le 15 août. Order ref: YPZQTWMBP

Commande annulée apres plus d'un an et ils font trainer le remboursement malgré des echanges mails quotidiens. Ils mentent et font tout pour eviter le remboursement
