It took one week to speak with an agent for 10 minutes. I spent a lot of time sending pictures, diagrams, and statements. The app they use to complete the claim is poorly done. I was shunted off to this company from 21st Century, a company that was a breeze to work with on home insurance. This company is described as "Toggle, A Farmers Company Underwritten by 21st Century Casualty Company."

I am so disappointed that 21st Century Insurance switched to this company. I can never add a payment method or make a payment online and I always have to call in to make a payment. My account has been hacked since I've done so and now I can't add my new card # to make a payment. It says to email support once again. I am going to switch insurance companies. Gettoggle.com is a terrible website that never works. Adding to this because it gets worse. They responded telling me that once again I need to call in because I'm not on Auto Pay, that is ridiculous. If you can pay online you should be able to choose whatever card you want without having to call in. I will be changing insurance companies.
