The 5 stars are for customer support
The 5 stars are for customer support 2 stars for the cameras. The set up process was not simple with lots of ads and a short battery life on the camera. The app didn't give notifications when someone was in front of the camera and the camera definition wasn't great

I have started a return procedure
I have started a return procedure. your web site advised there is a monthly fee for the use of this service. I did not find this when I bought these cams. Your rep was very helpful and courteous sending me this format to accomplish this return. five stars so far.

Their service was 1st class.
I had ordered an item that as soon as I received it I knew it was not what I wanted. Once they realised this everything went along smoothly and I received a full refund.

From asking google about security…
From asking google about security cameras to ordering from your site about 5 minutes. One comment however the cost of the waranty was not mentioned on the general pricing page, it should be.
