GetmyvisafastReviews of getmyvisafast.com

This website is a SCAM. A complete rip off. USD 250 for a visa which should have been free.

They offer services that they cannot legally provide. Complete fraudulent company a scam

I got to the Thailand Border and realised I didnt fill out a Digital Arrival Card. So I sat down and went online to do it. I was scammed into thinking Getmyvisafast was the official site. In the end I paid $200 for what should of been a free service on the Government Website. The Immigration Officer told me the Government Website is free and Instant. In the end I did it on the Government Website so I didnt even get the visa through Getmyvisafast even though I paid $200. The Border Officer told me I got scammed and that they are aware of this scam Website. I hope it gets shut down fast. I asked them for a refund but nothing.

Attenzione a questo sito truffa

I have received the Visa but they have charged my credit card 4 times the announced amount. I am currently tryong to get my money back but they are also not responsive to my mails.

Wanted to cancel my application, was told this would be escalates to a supervisor / head of customer service within a day. Nothing happened, no reply, phone line which is available "24/7" according to one part of the site is then listed as having normal office hours but is still constantly busy with no mailbox or queue system.

Be careful: $199.99 for a UK ETA I paid $199.99 to GetMyVisaFast for a UK ETA. The ETA was successfully issued and is valid. However, I later discovered that the official UK Government ETA fee is only £20. I twice requested an invoice without receiving a response. After further contact, GetMyVisaFast finally provided one and explained that £20 was the government fee and the remainder was their service fee. My refund request was refused. I did not understand when applying that I was paying such a substantial premium to a private intermediary. My advice: apply directly through GOV.UK and check all fees carefully before paying.
