Everybody knowable except one person. I asked about having extended warranty on the car thought GM and she said she couldn’t answer my question.

I would give it 5 but I dont like sloppy, genetically formed and un- English wording such as "Whaddya Think" ? Use the proper wording like What do you think?

Very smooth operation. Everything was clearly explained in all emails. No problem whatsoever

At first I was leery whether MODE was actually at part of GM Financial, whether I would get a better interest rate with the dealer or stick with GM Financial. I was extremely nervous but I continued with MODE because “AJ” was so positive that he made me feel better about buying my car online. Further along, Amanda was my lifeline and although I had a few bumps along the way the process worked. Thanks to everyone at GM Financial and MODE for a very successful financial transaction. Mode financing has been great, just waiting for the payoff to post. So grateful to be getting interest rate cut in half. Everything handled by phone, email, and mobile app. Only issue was the mobile app accepting my insurance and even freezing. Had that not caused issues, delays in the process I definitely would’ve rated a 5. Oh, and my email to sign the final docs didn’t have a security code. So, 2 issues. Called customer service to make aware of snags and they were always Great. Thank you for having me Mode(:

The online app was a little spotty, but able to phone in a take care of needed documents. Overall pleasant experience with online car refinancing.

I decided to buy my leased vehicle all the paperwork was very easy to do The online procedure that was presented to me was was really great. I did not have to worry about going back to the dealership and being hassled with being sold some other things that I didn't want. The only thing that I had a problem with was I wanted to keep my license plate. My state has a lot of different plates you can purchase.I did address the problem with Mode.I was sent a new license plate that I didn't like the way it looked. Mode sent me a notarized letter to take to the Secretary of State Office so that I could keep my old plate but the Secretary of State Office could not accept the letter because it was from out of state. So I had to buy a new plate that was more to my liking for $5.00 which wasn't bad just inconvenient. My experience over all was great and it was a speedy process and not once did I have to talk to anyone at the dealership.
