Customer service on phone was friendly and helpful, directed me to the website and explained the steps. The system was easy to use, but I misunderstood, thought they were going to be mailing something be postal service. When I hadn’t received anything after a few days I went back to website snd saw I had forgotten a step. Once I completed that step I received an email with the documents I needs to sign and fed back. That worked great!
