Was hoping interest rate was lower than 6.9%. I’m going to look elsewhere to find a better rate. Will refinance somewhere else. For now I will be dealing with Mode.

Process to add documents kept disappearing and would not save. Ended up having to add the same doc about 7 times. Other than that the process was longer than most to get the ball rolling. Ended up working out ok so far.

i think its very hard to do,,i can see why people go to the dealers,,,,dont know if i can go to dealers with the 1 year extened warranty,,,or what it covers,,,if it was for a special woman who helped me at cx i would not have done it,,,,,,must louse lots of people.

I wish there was some person to person communication so there might be some negotiating????

I felt that it took a long time to get my loan to go through. We started on it February 5th and we did not get it done till the first part of May. I turned everything in as I was supposed to and some how it got kicked out. Then I had to start all over which was very frustrating.

I only gave 3 stars at the moment because yes the process was simple and easy but that is the only experience I’ve had with Mode not exactly sure if things are gonna go smoothly later on down the line or not I hope they do. I’m just being cautious o haven’t have enough dealings with Mode to leave a higher star rating. Thank you for making it go smoothly so far. Would I recommend Mode ? Yes I think I would. Long process. Painful when you need documents that are printable. You are emailed copies that are secured and I understand that but printable cannot be emailed must be faxed (who had a fax) or mailed thats secure

I received notification from Mode operations that the loan process was completed and I would receive the appropriate documentation. However I did not receive the documents and reached out to Mode on several occasions but have not received a response to any of my inquiries.
