This is a terrible company. The worst. Go with someone else. I have been talking to their agents for 2 days now I still can not load my information to see if I qualify for a loan. The most condscending agents and rude rude rude especially Lauren. Don't believe anything they say - Marcus will tell you he will call you back and He never will

The line of communication was awful at best. The interest rate and month term was never discussed. The interest rate was awful. I have good credit and the rate and length, felt like I got bent over a barrel. At first i said to myself "no worries, just get through the process and I will refi with another lender." Then i thought to myself "no need ill just make big principal payments and bend the over the same barrel." which I am going to do. The process of up loading docs to the website wasn't easy, and coming form a 33yr old that is Tec savvy, not a great look. I grew up in a Chevy family, and the though of me switching to another truck company makes me sick. I will be looking over other lines when this truck is paid off in a year or two. this process was started in the being of Sept and is now many getting rectified. Modes only saving grace is that the Dealerships for a lease buy out were just just as hard to deal with.

Absolutely horrible company! The agent's are worthless and don't want to work with you. They don't speak with respect, and hung up on you if you question them. Then take a vehicle that is being paid on and I am told I'm not allowed to get it back. Even when I offered to pay it off.

It took over a month and a half to get everything approved. There was no transparency with timeline or visibility with finance rate after initial approval was granted to lock rate in. There was no visibility in what costs went into the total cost of car. And no true follow up after the process was completed.

I just bought my lease roughly a month ago and on my paperwork I submitted to Mode (which I made copies) my personalized plates were suppose to be transferred. As I did not want new plates. Same plates under my lease with GM Financial were suppose to be used on the lease buyout through Mode backed by GM Financial. Today 6/15/22 I receive plates via Fedex from ALLY/GM Financial for NEW plates & stickers for my vehicle. Call GM Financial and they can't help me and tell me to talk to my DMV. I did the paperwork correctly per requested by Mode and now it becomes my problem to fix the plates they screwed up. I am not a happy customer.

I still have no clue how to pay for my vehicle.

I still have no idea what you people are doing. I have received ZERO in the way of info regarding where I send my payments and you also screwed up my credit rating. It dropped 25 points because of this transaction.
