Web site was difficult to navigate

Being a Overthe Road Professional Truck Driver, the time constraints were a little tight to achieve the deadlines for filling out and signing of documents required. Directions for completing documents were vague at best.

Hard to reach agent when we had questions

The process is too hard for an older person. Also,what if the customer does not have a computer and/or is computer illiterate

I did not like the having to log in and then go back to your e-mail to get a code number. Very Confusing.

I liked the ability to speak to a customer service person. I disliked the lack of transparency in the process. Still, after accepting the loan, there is info I cannot access. The website is just shy of useless.

Agents were kurt in responses. Use of system not explained. No way to have optional questions asked. Process took a long time to process. Other auto financing done in a 2 coupme days if you are a lease holder in good standing.

Only Financer I have ever had which required title, drivers license and insurance in the same state. As an active duty military member, I’m able to have state variations of each. Really a backwards process.
